Special Notes
Please note that we cannot ship to any P.O. Box or Feltpost addresses as we must have a street name and number.

Mistakes can happen. If you have mis-typed your address or failed to provide a correct email or phone this can delay your parcel arriving. In the event that there is a problem with your delivery or it does not arrive you will need to let us know within 10 days, so that we can correct any problem with your delivery information.

Christmas Deliveries - Due to early courier collections, our last dispatch will be 12PM on Christmas Eve. If you’d like your order dispatched before Christmas Day, please make sure to order with enough time to spare.



UK Mainland Shipping
If selected this service is usually 3-5 working days with Royal Mail Second Class, however during busy periods this may take longer. If you provide us with a mobile number, and/or email address during the checkout process, you will be notified of your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


BFPO Adresses
Delivery to BFPO addresses can take from 1 week to 4 weeks and are sent via the MOD postal service.

Once your items are received by the MOD they are no longer trackable by us. The maximum weight limit for BFPO may range from country to country, ranging from 20 to 30kg.

If you are shipping to a BFPO address outside the UK, your purchases will be eligible to be VAT exclusive. You can achieve this by following the following instructions:

Billing name and address should be the address to which your payment method is registered to.

The delivery address will be your BFPO address - Choose United Kingdom as the country from the drop-down box and place the BFPO number where the postcode would usually go. If you follow this, you will not be charged VAT. Please check your order before you place it as mistakes regarding tax cannot be rectified later.
